De Luze XO Fine Champagne Cognac is a blend of several eaux-de-vie selected and aged over the years by the Cellar Master to express the terroir of the Maison Boinaud vineyard. All the eaux-de-vie have reached a stage of maturity which gives a wonderful roundness and softness to this XO with long, exceptional and intense flavors.
This Cognac comes from a winegrower in the town of Pessines, in Charente-Maritime, a few kilometers from the town of Saintes. Benefiting from a minimum age guarantee of 33 years, it is a cognac which was produced by a producer who is now retired. The attention he paid to aging is remarkable, with the use of new, high-quality barrels at the start of aging.
