Prunier XXO is a blend of two vintage Brut de Fût eaux-de-vie from Fins Bois from 1992 and 1996, resulting from aging in humid cellars. The two eaux-de-vie were stored in barrels sealed by a bailiff, which gives a total and transparent guarantee of their aging period. Limited edition of 500 numbered bottles.
Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Around all this, we find the characteristic rancio of old Cognacs close to maturity. On the palate, again this fruity (ripe plum, prune, chocolate with cinnamon) and spicy (nutmeg, tobacco) delicacy.
Lot N° 53 XO Perfection is a blend of the most sublime stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac from Maison Tesseron. It has a sumptuous topaz colour with a bouquet of plums, figs, and chocolate on the palate. This Cognac borders on perfection, finesse and complexity.
Jean-Luc Pasquet Le Cognac de Jean Philippe is part of the Esprit de Famille Collection. It is a Cognac harvested in 1988 at Bonneuil on the Grande Champagne terroir and offered in a limited edition of 120 bottles only.
