This rare Cognac comes from the commune la Brousse, near Matha, from a small farm. The producer born in 1952 still owns cognacs distilled by his father and grandfather. This Cognac is the result of a blend of two batches, made on the advice of a big Cognac house. The Cognac was bottled in demijohns in 2000.

Chantal L.99 Cognac, produced and distilled by Chantal Hillairet in Eraville, a town located in the exceptional “Grande Champagne” cru, benefits from the aromatic complexity attached to this unique terroir. 120 bottles produced from a single barrel with a natural strength of 42,5%.

This limited edition Cognac comes exclusively from the vines of Chateau de Triac, owned by Maison Tiffon. The Cellar Master has selected the best eaux-de-vie from the Chateau's cellar after aging for half a century. It is a sophisticated cognac: a complex nose but with a lot of finesse.
