Paul Beau Vieille Reserve is a blend of 100% Grande Champagne Cognacs with a minimum aging of 15 years. Aromas of waxed wood, apple pie, cocoa powder in the first nose, then aromas of cedar, bark and cloves. On the palate, a rich and dense cognac with honey flavors. Lots of length with hints of spices (cinnamon, cloves).
