Paul Beau
The Paul Beau house was founded in 1900 by Paul Beau, a winemaker passionate about producing exceptional Cognac. Located in Grande Champagne, a cru known for its ability to produce eaux-de-vie of great finesse, the house benefits from ideal terroirs for producing long and complex cognacs. From the outset, Paul Beau implemented traditional distillation methods and a meticulous aging process for its eaux-de-vie to offer cognacs with great richness and depth.
One of the house’s particularities is its commitment to preserving centuries-old traditions. Paul Beau favors slow distillation and maturation in oak barrels, resulting in cognacs with great length on the palate and exceptional aromatic complexity. Today, the house is run by the Beau family, who continues to pass down their ancestral know-how and expand their heritage through prestigious cuvées.
