The Paul Beau house was founded in 1900 by Paul Beau, a winemaker passionate about producing exceptional Cognac. From the outset, Paul Beau implemented traditional distillation methods and a meticulous aging process for its eaux-de-vie to offer cognacs with great richness and depth.
