This extremely rare edition is a blend of very old eaux-de-vie, created more than 60 years ago by "Simone", the grandmother of Olivier Laurichesse, who was also cellar master of the famous house of Paul Beau cognac. Only 91 bottles were produced, representing Simone's age of 91. This rarity, bottled in September 2015 and announced on July 29, 2024 (Simone's birthday), comes from the private family reserve of Olivier and Léa Laurichesse.
