Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. The first Series of 500 Heritage were released in December 2018. In 2021, with three additional years of aging, 500 new bottles were extracted from the original batch: here is Héritage n°2!

Rare Cognac bearing the Grande Fine Champagne appellation. It is made exclusively from “Grande Fine Champagne”, the premier cru of Cognac. This very rare Cognac has aged exclusively in new barrels for around 40 years.

Bourgoin Ciel et Terre is a 1986 vintage Cognac offered in a unique bottle, hand-engraved by Frédéric Bourgoin himself, a minimal silica case for the most beautiful and purest of the eaux-de-vie from the BOURGOIN cellars.

Paul Beau VSOP is a blend of 100% Grande Champagne Cognacs with a minimum aging of 6 years. Rich and complex aromas. On the palate we find all the richness of this VSOP with delicious flavors of candied fruit and caramelized apple. Persistent length on the fruits. Honey and spices on the finish.

Serenity Extra from Maison Bache Gabrielsen is a blend of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie from 20 to 60 years old. This Cognac has the distinction of being made with a generous portion of the old and rare Folle blanche grape variety.
