Serenity Extra from Maison Bache Gabrielsen is a blend of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie from 20 to 60 years old. This Cognac has the distinction of being made with a generous portion of the old and rare Folle blanche grape variety.
Marancheville 10 years old is a cognac with good maturity, all finesse. The blend is made from eaux-de-vie from great champagne that have aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels.
This second multi-crus blend, Symphonie des Terroirs N°2, finds its balance and aromatic complexity in three barrels from three terroirs:
- Grande Champagne L.57/62: 15%
- Fins Bois L.81: 50%
- Borderies L.90's: 35%.

Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Around all this, we find the characteristic rancio of old Cognacs close to maturity. On the palate, again this fruity (ripe plum, prune, chocolate with cinnamon) and spicy (nutmeg, tobacco) delicacy.
Talisker 18 years old is not the most peaty of the Talisker but is characterized by its finesse, complexity and generosity. However, the finish is particularly peaty, contrary to popular belief.
Tiffon Cuvée Trois Quarts de Siècle (Three quarters century) is a blend of very old Cognacs aged at least 75 years, rigorously chosen by the Cellar Master.
