This special edition of Chichibu single malt marks the return of a series entitled "On the Way", previously used by the distillery to showcase the various stages of maturation before the release of their first official 10-year-old whisky in 2020.
Chichibu has carefully selected expressions from 9 to 15 years of age, matured in different casks such as bourbon, sherry, mizunara, wine and chibidaru (quarter cask), to highlight the richness of the barley.
Limited to 2,400 bottles with case, this single malt has been bottled without filtration or coloring.
