Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.

Larmandier-Bernier Terre de Vertus comes from a plot of Chardonnay which has been vinified separately since 1995. This is the place called Les Barillers located in the middle of the hillside in Vertus. This terroir is very particular, delicate, saline and at the same time very complex. The balance is there, no need to assemble!

Larmandier-Berinier Rosé de Saignée is made only with Pinots Noirs from Vertus using the “Saignée” technique of letting the grapes macerate for a certain time until the desired pink color is obtained, but also more generous aromas.

Larmandier-Bernier Les Chemins d'Avize is a unique cuvée created to highlight the fabulous terroir of Avize. Two plots have been selected in the heart of the village of Avize on the lieux-dits called “Chemin de Plivot” and “Chemin de Flavigny”. Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vigne du Levant comes from an exceptional plot in a place called “Bourron du Levant” facing south-east. The vines are between 56 and over 80 years old. The deep roots and the diversity of the old vines contribute to the complexity of the wine. They are, like all the vineyards, cultivated naturally to obtain the perfect maturity.
