Le Bout du Clos is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacques Selosse. It is a Champagne made from a vine planted with Pinot Noir for 80% and 20% Chardonnay, both coming from the Village of Ambonnay, classified Grand Cru.

No malolactic fermentation to ensure remarkable aging and preserve the fruity aromas of the wines.

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.

Palmer Blanc de Blancs is a champagne of exceptional purity, made mainly from Chardonnays from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.

Larmandier-Bernier Terre de Vertus comes from a plot of Chardonnay which has been vinified separately since 1995. This is the place called Les Barillers located in the middle of the hillside in Vertus. This terroir is very particular, delicate, saline and at the same time very complex. The balance is there, no need to assemble!

Larmandier-Berinier Rosé de Saignée is made only with Pinots Noirs from Vertus using the “Saignée” technique of letting the grapes macerate for a certain time until the desired pink color is obtained, but also more generous aromas.
