Cuvée Rubis is a Champagne in homage to greediness with a blend of 90% Pinot Noir (including 15% red wine) and 10% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.

Vilmart Les Blanches Voies 2011 is a blend of 100% Premier Cru Chardonnay from sixty-year-old vines (Les Blanches Voies plot). Aging ten months in oak barrels of 228 liters. Quantity limited to 2900 numbered bottles.
