The Abyss cuvée is a very unique Champagne which has aged underwater for 1 year. These special aging conditions highlight during the tasting a mineral and chalky signature, reflecting the great terroirs of Champagne.

A rosé with a high proportion of Chardonnays that offers freshness and integrity, complemented by Pinot Noirs vinified in white and red. The red wines from different Champagne crus are produced and blended in search of a crunchy fruitiness and finesse.

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.

Palmer Blanc de Blancs is a champagne of exceptional purity, made mainly from Chardonnays from the magnificent terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. These Premiers Crus from the Montagne de Reims, recognized for their elegance and freshness, are harmoniously blended with delicately fruity Chardonnays from the Côte de Sézanne.
