Founded in 1812 in Tours-sur-Marne by André Michel Pierlot, the Laurent-Perrier house is one of the world’s leading champagne houses. Known for its elegant and refined champagnes, Laurent-Perrier stands out for its commitment to innovation and quality. The house is famous for its unique style, characterized by exceptional freshness and purity, as well as its ability to produce cuvées with subtle, balanced characteristics.
The Laurent-Perrier house was founded in 1812, at a time when champagne was already cherished by European royal courts. Its name comes from the union of Laurent and Perrier, two individuals who played pivotal roles in the house’s history. In the early 20th century, Bernard de Nonancourt, the founder’s grandson, propelled the house into the ranks of major champagne brands by focusing on high-quality production and global distribution.
