Vouette & Sorbée Fidèle is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) produced by Vouette & Sorbée, located in Buxières-sur-Arce, in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. It is the flagship of this house, recognized for its biodynamic approach and its commitment to viticulture that respects the environment and terroir.

Bollinger R.D. means Recently Disgorged because this cuvée is marketed a few months after its disgorgement and this despite years of aging. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from 14 terroirs, including 91% Grands Crus and 9% Premiers Crus.

Hommage A William Deutz La Cote Glaciere is a single-varietal (Pinot Noir) and single-terroir (La Cote Glaciere plot in Aÿ) cuvée. The Cellar Master of Maison Deutz decided to vinify this plot of Aÿ separately to highlight the nobility of the wine, the terroir and the Pinot Noir grape variety.

Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage is a free creation of the Cellar Master, from a selection of the most remarkable wines produced during a single year. The Cuvée Sainte Anne owes its name to the Holy Protector of the Village of Merfy where the Maison Chartogne-Taillet is based. This Champagne is the association of all the plots of Maison Chartogne-Taillet on the Merfy terroir and the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Gosset Grande Réserve is the reflection of the know-how of the House, a selection of the best terroirs: Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Villers-Marmery… Vinification and traditional aging on lees to avoid any premature oxidation. No malolactic fermentation to ensure remarkable aging and preserve the fruity aromas of the wines.

Grand Cellier D'Or 2017 is a Champagne of remarkable finesse and precision with a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from 50 year old Premier Cru. The wines spend 10 months aging in 228L oak pieces to bring power and complexity.
