Etienne Calsac

L’Echapee Belle is a rare Cuvée limited to 5500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. It is a Blanc de Blancs from the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and Grande Vallée de la Marne. A champagne with a lot of freshness and tension.

This Rosé cuvée is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Rose de Craie refers to the chalky terroirs from which it comes (Grauves, Bisseuil, Vertus). The spirit of the cuvée is quite airy and sticks to the style of the domain which has a predominance for chardonnay, so it is a rosé which is close to a blanc de blancs with a saline frame.

Les Rocheforts is a "parcellaire" Cuvée limited to 3500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. This is a Blanc de Blancs from a plot called Les Rocheforts located on the Bisseuil 1er Cru terroir. A champagne with a lot of complexity and minerality.

Etienne Calsac Les Revenants is an extremely rare and original Cuvée because it is made from forgotten grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbane. These 3 grape varieties were planted on a plot of the Domaine: “Les Fours” located in Sézannais.
