Val l’Hermite Blanc de Noirs by Étienne Calsac is a rare, vineyard-specific cuvée crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir. As one of the rising stars of the Côte des Blancs, Étienne Calsac delivers a champagne of precision, character and deep terroir expression.

Careful vinification and extended lees aging provide this cuvée with a silky texture and remarkable purity. The nose reveals aromas of crisp red berries, pear, citrus and white flowers, lifted by delicate pastry notes. The Maison Étienne Calsac, located in Avize at the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, is a young and daring Champagne house that blends modernity with respect for tradition. Established in 2010 by Étienne Calsac, this family-run estate focuses on the pure and authentic expression of Champagne terroirs, with a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture.

The estate spans 2.8 hectares of carefully tended vineyards, predominantly planted with Chardonnay, the emblematic grape of the Côte des Blancs. Étienne Calsac employs a parcel-based approach, vinifying grapes separately to capture the richness and complexity of each terroir.
