This Champagne is the association of all the plots of Maison Chartogne-Taillet on the Merfy terroir and the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Chartogne-Taillet Champagnes are distinguished by their authentic expression of the Champagne terroir and their unique style. The range features cuvées made primarily from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, often using original winemaking methods such as fermentation in oak barrels. Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2014 is produced exclusively from the first, purest press of Chardonnay grands crus from the heart of the Côte des Blancs: Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, 20% of which are vinified in small barrels of old oak.
Bollinger La Grande Année 2015 is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay from 11 different Crus: mainly Ay and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir, Chouilly and Avize for the Chardonnay.
