Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2015 is a blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, including 5% Côte aux Enfants red wine from 11 Crus: mainly Ay and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir, Avize and Chouilly for the Chardonnay. Fermentation only carried out in barrels.
