Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Leclerc Briant Château d’Avize 2015 is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut Champagne made from a small, historic Chardonnay vineyard planted in 1968 in Avize, one of Champagne’s most revered terroirs in the Côte des Blancs. It embodies the biodynamic philosophy of Maison Leclerc Briant, where vineyard expression, purity and precision are paramount.
