Franck Bonville Pur Mesnil 2016 is a Champagne from 3 plots located in Mesnil-sur-Oger: Le Tilleul, Les Zailleux and Les Hautes Mottes. These lieux-dits, where the chalk is flush, help to create saline and tense wines, characteristic of this renowned cru.

Larmandier-Bernier Terre de Vertus comes from a plot of Chardonnay which has been vinified separately since 1995. This is the place called Les Barillers located in the middle of the hillside in Vertus. This terroir is very particular, delicate, saline and at the same time very complex. The balance is there, no need to assemble!

Jm Sélèque Solessence Rosé is the blend of the Solessence Blanc cuvée with 10% Meunier maceration and 5% Pinot Noir red wine, for a final composition of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir.
