Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage is a free creation of the Cellar Master, from a selection of the most remarkable wines produced during a single year. Grand Vintage 2015 is distinguished by its maturity, complexity and charisma. It evokes the transition from spring to summer and offers a certain harmony, accompanied by softness and freshness.

Palmer Collection Vintage 1980 was marked by a harvest with a historically low yield but which gave rise to grapes of exceptional concentration.

Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vigne du Levant comes from an exceptional plot in a place called “Bourron du Levant” facing south-east. The vines are between 56 and over 80 years old. The deep roots and the diversity of the old vines contribute to the complexity of the wine. They are, like all the vineyards, cultivated naturally to obtain the perfect maturity.

This Cuvée is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest. This « Longue Garde » version of the Cuvée Eugène demonstrates the Meunier's ability to age while retaining all its freshness and tension with aging « sur lattes » for 60 months compared to 18 months for the Cuvée Eugène.

Rare Millésime 2012 follows in the footsteps of Rare Millésime 2002 in its purity and iconic character. The combination of spicy aromas and tropical notes is expressed with unequalled, gourmet precision. Its sunny, joyful minerality soars with grace.

Cuvée Rubis is a Champagne in homage to greediness with a blend of 90% Pinot Noir (including 15% red wine) and 10% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.

Cuvée 748 from Maison Jacquesson is made from the 2020 harvest of the Ay, Dizy Hautvillers and Champillon terroirs (55%) and the Avize and Oiry terroirs (45%). A few reserve wines from the Domaine complete the blend.

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from the first pressing of pinot noir grapes from four grand crus: Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. Three of them have a predominantly northern orientation. These ancient limestone soils bring together the elegance and depth of the characteristics of Pinot Noir.

PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009
