The house favors the use of Pinot Noir, which constitutes over 60% of its vineyards, to impart power and character to its cuvées.
Franck Bonville Pur Oger 2018 comes from 2 plots located in Oger: Les Rumigny and Les Noyerots. The terroir of Oger, Grand Cru, is made up of a part nestled in the hollow of a valley between Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where the "Les Rumigny" plot is located, and a part at the bottom of the hills on the Noyerots plateau. It is the duality of this terroir that the House...
The Cuvée GRANDE VALLEE replaces the emblematic Cuvée Réserve. Its name comes from the terroirs of Mareuil, Mutigny, Avenay, Épernay and Festigny from which it is elaborated and wonderfully illustrating this geological inlay of chalk and clay which marks the Marne Valley.
The bottles are stamped "FABRICE POUILLON METHOD", a unique method in...
“Les Ribauds” plot reveals an atypical expression of Pinot Meunier: richness and roundness with, in particular, notes of quite ripe red fruits. The silts of the soil soften the clays: we find a certain freshness as well as spicy notes.
The Blanc de Meuniers cuvée (made with 100% Pinot Meunier) is a Champagne whose fleshy and mineral character offers varied gastronomic possibilities.

Pierre Péters Cuvée de Réserve is a blend of more than 20 different years, composed exclusively of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs.
Zacapa Edicion Negra is made using the “Sistema Solera” technique, during which rums aged between 6 and 23 years are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels. It benefits from an additional year of aging in toasted American oak barrels, which gives it a new, more structuring facet with intense smoky flavors.
Clos Saint-Vincent is an exceptional Rosé from a single plot bearing the same name and located in the heart of Saint-Tropez. It is the rarest Cuvée of Château Saint-Maur because only 600 Magnums are produced each year and all are numbered. Presented in a luxurious black and gold box, this divine nectar, enclosed in a black bottle, is a magical experience.
The Distillers Edition of this golden Caol Ila is brillant, clean and refined and has a depp, sweet and smoky flavour profile that suggests the intense, saturated colours of late afternoon sunshine after a storm has passed.
The Balvenie 21 Years PortWood has benefited from a double maturation: first 21 years minimum in traditional oak barrels then 3-4 months of finishing in Port barrels of at least 40 years old. This Single Malt is the greatest pride of cellar master David Stewart. This is the Balvenie which has won the most awards. This second maturation in Port barrels and its reduction to...
