The Grand Vintage Collection 2003 is the balanced result of difficult climatic conditions. After 14 years of aging in the cellar, the initial bitterness has softened and the finish has become unctuous, while remaining remarkably fresh, with notes of sap, fig and dark chocolate.

Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel Blanc de Noirs combines Pinot Noir, the House's historic grape variety, with Pinot Meunier in a delicate blend.
