Dudognon Folle Blanche Cognac is made from 100% Folle Blanche grapes. This ancestral grape variety, mainly present in the 19th century in Charente, then ravaged by phylloxera, was reintroduced on the Dudognon estate. This early and sensitive variety requires special attention but brings very fine and persistent aromas.

Zacapa Solera Grand Reserva is made using an aging process derived from the “sistema solera” technique, during which rums of different ages and profiles are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels. The first casks were used to preserve robust American whiskeys, the second delicate sherries and the last elegant wines from Pedro Ximenez.

Paul Beau Vieille Reserve is a blend of 100% Grande Champagne Cognacs with a minimum aging of 15 years. Aromas of waxed wood, apple pie, cocoa powder in the first nose, then aromas of cedar, bark and cloves. On the palate, a rich and dense cognac with honey flavors.
