The Duval-Leroy Brut Bio is an elegant Champagne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes certified organic (Ecocert).
Partially vinified in stainless vats and oak barrels, the process preserves the purity of the fruit and enhances aromatic concentration.
It shows a delicate pale golden colour with greenish highlights, and delivers fine, persistent bubbles.
On the nose: ripe white fruits, white flowers and toasted bread.
On the palate: fresh, lively attack, elegant structure, with a refined finish leaning towards subtle toastiness and fruitiness.
This organic, thoughtful Champagne is perfect for aperitifs as well as earthy dishes — seafood, mild cheeses or white meats.

Cristal Rosé Vinothèque 2004 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 9 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 6 years after disgorging.
