Rare Cognac bearing the Grande Fine Champagne appellation. It is made exclusively from “Grande Fine Champagne”, the premier cru of Cognac. This very rare Cognac has aged exclusively in new barrels for around 40 years.

Since 1800, eight generations of the Hennessy Family have retained seven generations of the Fillioux family as their Master Blenders. Gilles Hennessy and Yann Fillioux have revivived a Private Hennessy Blend, originally created in 1865 to celebrate the Hennessy Company’s first Centenary.

This rare Cognac comes from the commune la Brousse, near Matha, from a small farm. The producer born in 1952 still owns cognacs distilled by his father and grandfather. This Cognac is the result of a blend of two batches, made on the advice of a big Cognac house. The Cognac was bottled in demijohns in 2000.
