Rare Cognac bearing the Grande Fine Champagne appellation. It is made exclusively from “Grande Fine Champagne”, the premier cru of Cognac. This very rare Cognac has aged exclusively in new barrels for around 30 years.
XO VIP is made only from the Frapin vineyard located in Grande Champagne, considered the 1er Cru of Cognac. After distillation with the lees, the XO VIP has aged for several decades in the Domaine's humid cellars to give it roundness and suppleness.
Zacapa Edicion Negra is made using the “Sistema Solera” technique, during which rums aged between 6 and 23 years are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels.
