Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée is a selection of first press exclusively from more than 30 the noblest terroirs of Champagne. A large proportion of reserve wines (25 vintages since 1985) are incorporated into the blend.

Piper‐Heidsieck Vintage 2014 is a Champagne with solar freshness, a tense fragrance with fruity and assertive nuances from Pinot Noir. Domaine De Villaine Bouzeron 2021 comes from Aligoté vines located on the best slopes of the Appellation. Since settling in Bouzeron in 1973, the estate has selected the very old Bouzeron vines of so-called "golden" varieties which give smaller yields and finer aromatic wines.

Pierre Péters Grande Réserve is a blend of four parcels of the finest Côte des Blancs wines from the Domaine (Le Mesnil, Avize, Cramant, Oger), to which is added around 20% of the best Reserve Perpetual vats.

This Cuvée is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest. This « Longue Garde » version of the Cuvée Eugène demonstrates the Meunier's ability to age while retaining all its freshness and tension with aging « sur lattes » for 60 months compared to 18 months for the Cuvée Eugène.

Zacapa Edicion Negra is made using the “Sistema Solera” technique, during which rums aged between 6 and 23 years are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels. It benefits from an additional year of aging in toasted American oak barrels, which gives it a new, more structuring facet with intense smoky flavors.
