The Maison J.M. Sélèque, located in Pierry near Épernay, is a family-run Champagne house that blends tradition, innovation, and respect for the terroir. Cœur de Cuvée 2011 is a Champagne of unique richness and identity with a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from old Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The Wines are made only from the heart of the Cuvée to extract the best.
