Bollinger R.D. means Recently Disgorged because this cuvée is marketed a few months after its disgorgement and this despite years of aging. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from 14 terroirs, including 91% Grands Crus and 9% Premiers Crus.
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2013 is produced exclusively from the first, purest press of Chardonnay grands crus from the heart of the Côte des Blancs: Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, 20% of which are vinified in small barrels of old oak.
Deutz Millésimé 2018 is a cuvée representing the precision, elegance and complexity of Deutz wines. The robe is luminous with golden reflections and the effervescence of great finesse. On the palate, the blend reveals gourmet fruity aromas with notes of spices and light tobacco.
Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel Blanc de Noirs combines Pinot Noir, the House's historic grape variety, with Pinot Meunier in a delicate blend. Nicolas Maillart Platine is a Cuvée made mainly from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from the Villers Allerand 1er Cru, Ecueil 1er Cru and Bouzey Grand Cru terroirs. The reserve wines (30 to 40%), aged in barrels, give this Cuvée its harmony and consistency.
Gosset Grande Réserve is the reflection of the know-how of the House, a selection of the best terroirs: Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Villers-Marmery… Vinification and traditional aging on lees to avoid any premature oxidation. No malolactic fermentation to ensure remarkable aging and preserve the fruity aromas of the wines.
