Louis Roederer Vintage 2015 is the perfect offshoot of the Louis Roederer terroir where finesse, purity, precision and harmony highlight the virtues of a great vineyard. The texture is delicious, generous and crunchy.

This cuvée comes only from the village of Villers Allerand, precisely from the hamlet of the village of Montchenot which has the particularity of being the junction village between the small mountain and the big mountain, and shares the geology of the two regions (sand, clay and chalk).

Cristal Vinothèque 2004 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 9 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 6 years after disgorging.

Franck Bonville Les Belles Voyes 2015 is produced from a plot planted in 1960, located at the top of the village of Oger, on the border with Mesnil sur Oger. This is the only cuvée from Franck Bonville vinified in oak barrels, an elegant and generous champagne.

Deutz Rosé Millésimé is a seductive Champagne, with its deliciously coppery pink hue evoking elegance. The nose is expressive, reflecting the power of Pinot Noir at its peak. The palate is pervaded by floral and fruity aromas of a basket of red berries, with a sustained structure. The texture is silky and the finish persistent, prolonging the experience.

Piper‐Heidsieck Vintage 2014 is a Champagne with solar freshness, a tense fragrance with fruity and assertive nuances from Pinot Noir. Time will give him the opportunity to fully express his gourmet personality, because the 2014 vintage already contains the promise of a tasting that is as lively as it is precise.

Gosset Grande Réserve is the reflection of the know-how of the House, a selection of the best terroirs: Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Villers-Marmery… Vinification and traditional aging on lees to avoid any premature oxidation. No malolactic fermentation to ensure remarkable aging and preserve the fruity aromas of the wines.

The year 2015 was declared a Veuve Clicquot vintage and became the 67th of the House since the creation of the first vintage, by Madame Clicquot in 1810. A great Rosé Cuvée created from the addition of 5% red wine from the terroirs of Verzenay and Aÿ. A maturation time twice the appellation standards to provide roundness and structure.

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is made from Chardonnay Première presse, coming exclusively from grands crus from the heart of the famous “Côte des Blancs”. A large proportion of reserve wines (25 vintages since 1985) are incorporated into the blend.
