The estate’s vineyards are primarily situated on Grand Cru terroirs, where Pinot Noir thrives, giving the Champagnes exceptional aromatic richness. Vinification follows traditional methods, with meticulous attention to fruit expression and extended aging on lees, ensuring depth and elegance in every bottle.
Roger Brun Champagnes are distinguished by their maturity and structured profile, offering a perfect balance of freshness and complexity. Among its standout cuvées, the Grand Cru Réserve Brut impresses with its harmony, while Clos du Murigny, made from a rare vineyard parcel, showcases the estate’s refinement and uniqueness.
Chartogne-Taillet Hors Serie is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from Chardonnay located on the Avize and Merfy terroir. This Cuvée, which does not follow on from the classic Cuvées Chartogne-Taillet series, is the first dedicated to the Avize terroir.

Hommage A William Deutz Meurtet is a single-varietal (Pinot Noir) and single-terroir (Meurtet plot in Aÿ) cuvée. The Cellar Master of Maison Deutz decided to vinify this plot of Aÿ separately to highlight the nobility of the wine, the terroir and the Pinot Noir grape variety.
Chouilly is a vast terroir that can be distinguished in two parts. In the North, the Chardonnays are expressed with more roundness and amplitude. To the east, they have more minerality and tension. This champagne, which reflects the terroir as a whole, is not dosed to appreciate its mineral and citrus identity.
Created by the founder of the house, Eugène Moussé, 100 years ago, this cuvée has become a reflection of the Moussé Fils terroir. It is made from a perpetual reserve (solera) with wines dating from 2003 to 2020 and refreshed each year with 50% of the new harvest.

Zacapa Royal is the top-of-the-range version of the Zacapa with a blend of old rums aged between 8 and 30 years. The finish is then carried out in rare oak barrels from the ancient forests of the King of France bringing complex aromas of citrus fruits and caramel.
