The Maison Étienne Calsac, located in Avize at the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, is a young and daring Champagne house that blends modernity with respect for tradition. Established in 2010 by Étienne Calsac, this family-run estate focuses on the pure and authentic expression of Champagne terroirs, with a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture.
The estate spans 2.8 hectares of carefully tended vineyards, predominantly planted with Chardonnay, the emblematic grape of the Côte des Blancs. Étienne Calsac employs a parcel-based approach, vinifying grapes separately to capture the richness and complexity of each terroir.
Notable creations include unique champagnes such as L’Échappée Belle, a pure and mineral Blanc de Blancs, and Les Revenants, crafted from forgotten grape varieties, showcasing the house’s innovative spirit. Each cuvée reflects meticulous craftsmanship, resulting in elegant, precise, and refined wines.
