Nicolas Maillart Rosé Grand Cru is a very technical cuvée that begins in the vineyard with the selection of plots of old Pinot Noir from the best terroirs of Bouzy. The estate uses the "saignee" method, i.e. the Pinot Noir grapes will macerate for a few hours to obtain the rosé color. Then, the Chardonnay is blended with the Pinot Noir to give freshness to this Cuvée.

Masterfully chosen for its grainy sweetness, it magically accentuates and deepens every aspect of the rich and intense character of Lagavulin.

Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel Blanc de Blancs focuses on the emblematic terroirs planted with the House's Chardonnay to produce a wine whose elegance, fruit and structure illustrate the unfailing link between the Champagne vineyard and Piper-Heidsieck.
Grand Cellier is a daring Champagne, all in elegance with a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.
