The Cuvée GRANDE VALLEE replaces the emblematic Cuvée Réserve. Its name comes from the terroirs of Mareuil, Mutigny, Avenay, Épernay and Festigny from which it is elaborated and wonderfully illustrating this geological inlay of chalk and clay which marks the Marne Valley.
The bottles are stamped "FABRICE POUILLON METHOD", a unique method in Champagne: without any addition of sugar to work only with that contained naturally in the grape.
