Franck Bonville Pur Oger 2015 comes from 2 plots located in Oger: Les Rumigny and Les Noyerots. The terroir of Oger, Grand Cru, is made up of a part nestled in the hollow of a valley between Avize and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, where the "Les Rumigny" plot is located, and a part at the bottom of the hills on the Noyerots plateau. It is the duality of this terroir that the House wanted to highlight. A generous and complex champagne.

Agrapart Venus is a Cuvée from a single plot of Chardonnay of 0.60 hectare (Fosse aux porceaux) planted in 1959. This plot located mid-slope is worked only by man and horse in order to reveal another aspect of Avize terroir.
Franck Bonville Pur Mesnil 2018 is a Champagne from 3 plots located in Mesnil-sur-Oger: Le Tilleul, Les Zailleux and Les Hautes Mottes. These lieux-dits, where the chalk is flush, help to create saline and tense wines, characteristic of this renowned cru.
Deutz Blanc de Blancs Millésimé is a perfectly crafted cuvée with a nose of remarkable finesse and minerality. Chardonnay brings notes of verbena, ripe white fruit and dried white flowers to the palate.
Nicolas Maillart Platine is a Cuvée made mainly from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from the Villers Allerand 1er Cru, Ecueil 1er Cru and Bouzey Grand Cru terroirs. The reserve wines (30 to 40%), aged in barrels, give this Cuvée its harmony and consistency.
Chouilly is a vast terroir that can be distinguished in two parts. In the North, the Chardonnays are expressed with more roundness and amplitude. To the east, they have more minerality and tension. Nicolas Maillart Franc de Pied 2019 is a single plot Cuvée (Les Coupes), single grape variety (100% Pinot Noir) and limited to less than 4000 bottles per vintage. The peculiarity of this Champagne is that it is made from "free-root" vines, that is to say without American rootstock as was the Champagne vineyard before the phylloxera crisis.
Nicolas Maillart Les Loges is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne (100% Pinot Noir) from the village of Villers Allerand classified 1er cru. All the vinification is carried out in barrels.
