Louis Roederer Vintage 2016 is a tribute to the Pinot Noir of La Montagne de Reims (68% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay). Harvested between September 15 and October 1, 33% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, with minimal malolactic fermentation (around 5%) and a dosage of 7 g/l.
