David Léclapart's Cuvée l'Apôtre is defined as: "a person who propagates, defends a doctrine, an opinion". It is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne vinified in barrels from a single plot, grafted and planted in 1946.
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2013 is produced exclusively from the first, purest press of Chardonnay grands crus from the heart of the Côte des Blancs: Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, 20% of which are vinified in small barrels of old oak.
Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vigne du Levant comes from an exceptional plot in a place called “Bourron du Levant” facing south-east. The vines are between 56 and over 80 years old. The deep roots and the diversity of the old vines contribute to the complexity of the wine. They are, like all the vineyards, cultivated naturally to obtain the perfect maturity.
Nicolas Maillart Platine is a Cuvée made mainly from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier from the Villers Allerand 1er Cru, Ecueil 1er Cru and Bouzey Grand Cru terroirs. The reserve wines (30 to 40%), aged in barrels, give this Cuvée its harmony and consistency.
The 2023 edition of Minuty Prestige Rosé reveals a crystalline color and a delicate fragrance. Notes of tangy red fruits take the lead, with apricot revealing itself later. Great minerality on the palate with lots of length.
