The estate spans 8 hectares, primarily in Grand Cru villages (Avize, Cramant, Oger), with a strong focus on Chardonnay, aiming to reveal the purest expression of terroir. In contrast to conventional Champagne methods, Jacques Selosse embraces techniques inspired by Burgundy: organic viticulture, fermentation in oak barrels, and extended aging on lees, resulting in wines of unparalleled depth and complexity.
Selosse champagnes are intensely expressive, boasting rich textures and a striking aromatic palette where minerality, ripe fruit, oxidative notes, and freshness harmonize.
