Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs is made from a very selective blend of Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Côte de Sézanne and Montgueux. The Cuvée is made up of Chardonnay from 10 different terroirs, which are the most sought-after grapes in the region. Only the juice from the first pressing is used, and the wines are aged for an extended period of 3 to 4 years in the Millénaire Crayères.
