The Cuvée is made up of Chardonnay from 10 different terroirs, which are the most sought-after grapes in the region. Only the juice from the first pressing is used, and the wines are aged for an extended period of 3 to 4 years in the Millénaire Crayères.

Larmandier-Berinier Rosé de Saignée is made only with Pinots Noirs from Vertus using the “Saignée” technique of letting the grapes macerate for a certain time until the desired pink color is obtained, but also more generous aromas.
Le Bout du Clos is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacques Selosse. It is a Champagne made from a vine planted with Pinot Noir for 80% and 20% Chardonnay, both coming from the Village of Ambonnay, classified Grand Cru.
