Bord de Mer is the first Cognac from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet from the Borderies terroir. It is a blend with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y) with the characteristic freshness of Borderies. Ideal for tasting on sunny days, it was quite naturally that it was named Bord de Mer. Limited Edition of 309 bottles.

Jean-Luc Pasquet Le Cognac de Jean-Pierre L.75 is part of the Trésors de Famille Collection. It is a Cognac harvested in 1975 by Jean-Pierre Limouzin at Angeac Champagne on the Grande Champagne terroir and offered in a limited edition of 120 bottles only.

The Collection of Vintage Cognacs from Maison Godet is one of the largest in the region, ranging from 1814 to present day. Godet Millesime 1985 Grande Champagne is a Cognac from a single year and a single cru to reveal all its characteristics.

This edition of Hennessy Grande Reserve VSOP was bottled in the 80s.

Noces d´Or Sublime is made from old Cognacs from Grande Champagne over 50 years old. It is characterized by its floral aromas with notes of green lilac. On the palate, a subtle blend of candied fruits balanced by a lively attack which brings freshness to this blend.

Audry Memorial is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, more commonly known as Fine Champagne. The youngest Cognacs in the blend are 30 years old and the oldest 60 years old.

On the nose ample and complex aromatic palette: green pepper and fresh apple then rich scents of spice, tobacco, roasted coffee, cocoa and finally rancio...

Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family.
