Audry Memorial is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, more commonly known as Fine Champagne. The youngest Cognacs in the blend are 30 years old and the oldest 60 years old.
On the nose ample and complex aromatic palette: green pepper and fresh apple then rich scents of spice, tobacco, roasted coffee, cocoa and finally rancio which gives a sumptuous bouquet. Delicate, soft and surprisingly rich entry in the mouth with subtle nuances of anise, violet and liquorice. Long finish of satin honey.

Audry
