As the very first Zero Dosage cuvée from Maison Gosset, this Champagne showcases the purest expression of the house style from the oldest wine producer in Champagne (Aÿ 1584). Crafted from 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Noir, it features grapes from renowned villages such as Ambonnay, Avize, Bouzy, Cumières, Cramant, Villers-Marmery and Rilly-la-Montagne. With zero added liqueur (0 g/L), the wine speaks for itself in complete authenticity.
Bottled at the end of spring 2015 and disgorged in spring 2025, it developed remarkable generosity through prolonged ageing on lees, allowing it to require no dosage at all.
Maison Gosset – The Timeless Soul of Champagne
Founded in 1584, Maison Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne. For over four centuries, it has upheld a tradition of excellence, preserving the pure essence of the region’s finest terroirs through cuvées of rare elegance.
True to its signature style, Gosset avoids malolactic fermentation, ensuring the wines retain their freshness and vibrant fruit expression. Each champagne stands out with its distinctive structure, perfect balance, and deep aromatic complexity, where finesse meets intensity.
From the iconic Grande Réserve to the exclusive Cuvée 12 Ans, every bottle reflects the precision and dedication that define the house’s reputation. Crafted for discerning enthusiasts, Gosset champagnes offer a tasting experience where history and excellence shine in every bubble.
Bollinger Special Cuvée is a Champagne mostly blended with reserve wines, part of which has been kept in magnums for 5 to 15 years. The maturation time is therefore much higher than the appellation standards.
Deutz Blanc de Blancs Millésimé is a perfectly crafted cuvée with a nose of remarkable finesse and minerality. Chardonnay brings notes of verbena, ripe white fruit and dried white flowers to the palate.
Jm Sélèque Solessence Rosé is the blend of the Solessence Blanc cuvée with 10% Meunier maceration and 5% Pinot Noir red wine, for a final composition of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir. A rosé with a perfect harmony of flavors: the freshness of the Cuvée Solessence, the fruity sparkle of Meunier and the breed of Pinot Noir.
De Venoge Grand Vin des Princes 1973 is a Champagne created initially for the Princes of Orange and then marketed more generally from 1858. The bottle is a replica of a 19th century Champagne carafe.
Palmer Collection Vintage 1980 was marked by a harvest with a historically low yield but which gave rise to grapes of exceptional concentration.
