Jm Sélèque Soliste Pinot Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne from the Les Gayères plot, planted in 1975 on the Pierry 1er Cru terroir. Production limited to 2100 bottles only.

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from the first pressing of pinot noir grapes from four grand crus: Verzenay, Mailly, Verzy and Bouzy. Three of them have a predominantly northern orientation. These ancient limestone soils bring together the elegance and depth of the characteristics of Pinot Noir.

This limited edition Hazelburn was distilled in February 2007, bottled in March 2025 and produced 10,500 bottles. The whisky was aged for 8 years in Oloroso Sherry casks.

Egly-Ouriet V.P. Extra Brut is a Champagne made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Grand Cru from the Egly-Ouriet vineyard in the Montagne de Reims. This Cuvée has the particularity of benefiting from prolonged aging (V.P.).

Gosset Celebris Rosé 2008 is only the 4th edition of Gosset Celebris Rosé in the last 25 years (1998, 2003 and 2007). This ultra confidential Cuvée was produced at only 15,000 bottles for the world.

Larmandier-Berinier Rosé de Saignée is made only with Pinots Noirs from Vertus using the “Saignée” technique of letting the grapes macerate for a certain time until the desired pink color is obtained, but also more generous aromas.
