This Rosé Cuvée is totally unique, full of power, a reflection of the schistous soils and saline soil of the Clos Mireille vineyard.

Château Minuty 281 is a rosé wine made from a specific selection of 25-year-old Grenache, influenced by the estate's coastal terroir. Why 281? This is a nod to the Pantone blue number used for the bottle design. This vibrant blue pays homage to the Mediterranean Sea, whose proximity enhances and improves the quality of the Minuty vineyard every day.

PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.
