This Rosé cuvée is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Rose de Craie refers to the chalky terroirs from which it comes (Grauves, Bisseuil, Vertus). The spirit of the cuvée is quite airy and sticks to the style of the domain which has a predominance for chardonnay, so it is a rosé which is close to a blanc de blancs with a saline frame.

Assemblage 2015 is produced exclusively from first press, from 8 great terroirs of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), 20% of which are vinified in small old oak barrels. Bruno Paillard Le Mesnil 2019 Coteaux Champenois is a still white wine produced exclusively from the first pressing of the Chardonnay grape variety, from one of the most famous grands crus of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Le Mesnil 2019 fermented in small oak barrels where it aged for 9 months. Only two barrels, or 569 bottles were produced.
