The name "Cuvée 72" comes from 36+36, or 72 months of maturation before shipment. Aged 36 months on the lees, this cuvée will undergo an additional 36 months of maturation in our cellars after its disgorgement. Extension of the Première Cuvée, "Cuvée 72" is the composition of a solera of reserve wines with a new harvest, selection of first presses of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, part of which (20%) have their first fermentation in barrels.
