Franck Bonville Pur Mesnil 2016 is a Champagne from 3 plots located in Mesnil-sur-Oger: Le Tilleul, Les Zailleux and Les Hautes Mottes. These lieux-dits, where the chalk is flush, help to create saline and tense wines, characteristic of this renowned cru.

The acidity of this great champagne has barely calmed down: under great freshness, it reveals delicately reduced notes of toast and mocha, then the wine opens up and evolves towards aromas of white truffle. Chouilly is a vast terroir that can be distinguished in two parts. In the North, the Chardonnays are expressed with more roundness and amplitude. To the east, they have more minerality and tension. This champagne, which reflects the terroir as a whole, is not dosed to appreciate its mineral and citrus identity.

Rare Vintage 2013 expresses the signature of the house, combining a tropical touch and minerality, in two stages. Under an initially reserved appearance, gourmet, pastry and spicy notes develop in a saline, noble and ample tension. PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009

Bollinger R.D. means Recently Disgorged because this cuvée is marketed a few months after its disgorgement and this despite years of aging. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from 14 terroirs, including 91% Grands Crus and 9% Premiers Crus.

Jacques Prieur Meursault Perrières 1er Cru comes from a 0.28 hectare plot with very thin (15-20 cm) sloping soil, facing east. Very calcareous basement. Limestone sheets. Lots of stones = stony ground.
