Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.

Cristal Rosé Vinothèque 2002 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 11 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 4 years after disgorging.
Assemblage 2015 is produced exclusively from first press, from 8 great terroirs of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), 20% of which are vinified in small old oak barrels.
