The Abyss cuvée is a very unique Champagne which has aged underwater for 1 year. These special aging conditions highlight during the tasting a mineral and chalky signature, reflecting the great terroirs of Champagne.

Gosset Celebris Vintage 2012 is only the 9th edition of this vintage in the last 35 years. The exceptional Gosset Celebris vintage, the quintessence of the House style, requires a particular typicity of fresh fruit, among high quality harvests. The 2012 harvest expresses all this potential.

This Rosé cuvée is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Rose de Craie refers to the chalky terroirs from which it comes (Grauves, Bisseuil, Vertus). The spirit of the cuvée is quite airy and sticks to the style of the domain which has a predominance for chardonnay, so it is a rosé which is close to a blanc de blancs with a saline frame.

The acidity of this great champagne has barely calmed down: under great freshness, it reveals delicately reduced notes of toast and mocha, then the wine opens up and evolves towards aromas of white truffle. This wine has a lot of breadth thanks to the Pinot Noir from Ambonnay and Dizy: in the mouth you can feel an imposing structure, with a lemony zest on the finish.
