Louis Roederer Brut Nature 2018 by Philippe Starck is an un-dosed (0 g/l) cuvée born from the collaboration between Roederer and designer Philippe Starck. It comes from interplanted plots in Cumières (Les Chèvres, Les Clos, Les Pierreuses), with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and a hint of Pinot Blanc according to some sources.

R. Pouillon Solera is a blend of all the House's vintages since 1997 to 2016 using the Solera method. This cuvée reflects the Pouillon terroir over the long term.

Cuvée created in tribute to Louis, brother of Elisabeth Salmon, passionate about oenology and very involved in the development of wines since the creation of the House. This Vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne comes from the best plots of the Côte des Blancs, giving it purity and exceptional minerality.

Association with the press of 2 adjoining plots located in the heart of the Pierry terroir: Les Tartières and Les Porgeons planted in 1990 and 1985. Pure expression of the complexity, between flesh and tension, of Chardonnays from Coteaux Sud of Epernay.

Roger Brun Cuvée des Sires 2016 is a Grand Cru Champagne vinified in small oak barrels and made to age for decades.

PN AYC18 is the 4th edition of a new range created by Maison Bollinger to honor the Pinot Noir grape. This Champagne is made 100% with Pinot Noir coming mainly from the village of Ay (AYC) on the basis of the 2018 harvest. The blend is completed by reserve wines dating back to 2009

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs 2013 is produced exclusively from the first, purest press of Chardonnay grands crus from the heart of the Côte des Blancs: Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, 20% of which are vinified in small barrels of old oak.
