Cristal Rosé Vinothèque 2002 celebrates the remarkable journey of a few bottles which were stored for 20 years in the cellars of Louis Roederer, in search of the perfect balance. The blend was aged for 11 years on "lattes", followed by 5 years on "pointes", and rested for 4 years after disgorging.

De Venoge Grand Vin des Princes 1973 is a Champagne created initially for the Princes of Orange and then marketed more generally from 1858. The bottle is a replica of a 19th century Champagne carafe.
The acidity of this great champagne has barely calmed down: under great freshness, it reveals delicately reduced notes of toast and mocha, then the wine opens up and evolves towards aromas of white truffle. This wine has a lot of breadth thanks to the Pinot Noir from Ambonnay and Dizy: in the mouth you can feel an imposing structure, with a lemony zest on the finish.
